No trip would be complete without the obligatory food pics, right? Last night, I went to a restaurant recommended to me by a number of people – La Cabrera. Luckily, it was only a few blocks away, an they were able to get me seated in less than 5 minutes. I was seated next to a great couple with whom I engaged in some very interesting conversations about life, love and traveling. He was an Italian, from Canada, whose parents live here in Argentina. She was from a small beach town about 4 hours from Buenos Aires. They had been maintaining a long distance relationship for about 9 months. It was great to hear their very mature and carefully aware approach to love. Oh, and the steak was freaking amazing (as were all the cute little side dishes they served with it). #buenosaires #hollywoodhippy #schooloflife #newfriends #soysola

This little group of tango dancers are infamous here in San Telmo, and they have a very charming routine. Soon after I took this picture, the older lady waitin on the right, stepped in and told the younger one to get off her man. She then showed us all how it's done – with grace and ease. #hollywoodhippy #agegracefully #tangointhestreet #buenosaires #santelmo
