It inspired me to embrace my entrepreneurial spirit and my inner “Jamaican” (as some might refer to it)! Lots of people say it’s best to focus on one thing professionally. I always felt that was really boring, and didn’t mesh well with how I’ve always lived my life!
It doesn’t reflect the reality of today’s work environment properly either. We are mobile, we are connected, and we are less likely than ever before to have a jobby job just to pay the bills.
We want work that gives us experience, education, room for growth, and one that utilizes our unique strengths and talents….work that allows us room to contribute…that has a purpose or meaning.
